Shipping FAQ
1. What are the shipping method and shipping time?
Each region has different shipping methods. You will see more information when you choose your country during checkout.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST will ship same-day. Most orders placed after the 12 Noon EST deadline will ship the next business day. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by PinkCherry, or our shipping partners.
3. Can we choose a specific carrier?
Unfortunately, our shipping partner doesn’t allow us to choose which carrier will do the final delivery. They choose from a variety of carriers, so please keep that in mind when ordering.
4. How can I check my order status?
Log into our website and go to “My Account” on the top right hand side. You will be able to view your order status via this dashboard.
5. Why didn’t I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is in the shipped status, it has been sent and is being processed by our shipping partner. They are in the middle of shipping it. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner soon.65. Can I change my order address?
We are unable to change any shipping addresses. We are only able to ship orders to the address provided during checkout.
6. Is the packaging discreet?
We value your privacy and ship as discreetly as possible.
The exterior box will be a standard brown box without any markings that refer to our company. Inside the exterior box should be an additional discreet box. Inside that box is the product.
7. Do you ship to my country?
During checkout, you will see a list of countries we ship to. For items delivered to remote areas, there may be an additional charge. Please refer to the shipping estimate at checkout for the final price.
If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.
8. What are your holiday shipping deadlines?
During peak sale and holiday periods from Dec 20th to Dec 29th, additional processing time may be required, please refer to the ordering deadlines below, to ensure your order arrives before Christmas.
